MAELSTROM joins World Cleanup Day 2022, an international initiative that brings together volunteers, governments and organizations from more than 190 countries to tackle the global problem of Marine Litter (ML). This is also the mission of MAELSTROM, which on September 17th will promote a multidisciplinary beach clean-up in the city of Vila do Conde, Portugal. 

On June 1, 2023, the third edition of the international workshop Marine Litter Monitoring, Removal and Circular Economy: Challenges and Opportunities will be held at the headquarters of CNR ISMAR, organized by the H2020 projects MAELSTROM and InNoPlastic. More information here.
